Artwork Set Up

Please set up your artwork to the following specifications:

• Size with bleed: 280mm x 400mm
• Resolution: 300 dpi minimum
• Format: PDF or JPEG
• Colour: CMYK (RGB/Pantones will be converted during proofing)
• Fonts: Outlined or Embedded
• Bleed: 3mm with no printer marks
• Safe Zone: 3mm

Our prices are based on 8-9 working days dispatch turnaround time with next day delivery anywhere in the UK. Example: If you order before 2:00 pm on Monday, we will dispatch on Next Monday for Tuesday delivery to your address. We use DPD courier and Royal Mail as courier partners.

What T-shirt size options do I have?

Our budget personalised T-shirts are printed using the Fruit of the Loom Original T-shirt, and are available to order in sizes XS-XL in black and white. For more colours and sizes, contact our bespoke team.

How do I order different sizes in the same order?

Currently you will need to order your different sizes as separate items. Simply add to basket, then 'continue shopping' and add the next item. For more colours and sizes, contact our bespoke team.

How are my T-shirts printed?

At DiscoverPrint, all our custom products are made right here in the UK using a special printing method called direct-to-film (DTF). This method is really cool because it combines the good parts of both traditional screen printing and modern digital printing.

With DTF, your designs can look super bright and last a long time, whether you're printing them on T-shirts, hats, bags, or even shoes. The best part is, you can print in lots of colours without needing to pay extra setup fees, which is great for small businesses and people who just want a few items printed.

DTF printing gives you really nice quality prints that won't fade easily, so your designs will stay looking awesome for ages. Whether you're printing for yourself or for your business, DTF printing is a fantastic and affordable option.

How should I wash my everyday wear custom T-shirt?

To ensure your T-shirt lives a long and happy life, we recommend always washing inside-out with similar colours at 40°C or below. Please don’t dry clean or iron your printed T-shirt.
